All classes are conducted with minimal heat--no blazing hot yoga here--by teachers who can help you achieve whatever goals you may have. If you're looking for gentle, relaxing, softer (yet challenging) yoga, look no further.
It's never too late to discover the health benefits of yoga. This is a gentle beginners class designed for anyone ready to start the road to better health, flexibility and relaxation.
